Shenzhen Yeaosound Technology Co., Ltd. and its affiliates ("Yeaosound Technology" or "we") place great importance on protecting the information of our users ("you"). When you register, log in to, or use the X-AIO platform, we collect and store the user information (as defined in Section 1.1) necessary for registration and normal use of the Platform’s features. We do not collect or retain Interaction Data generated between you and open-source models, third-party websites, software, applications, or services while you use the Platform (as defined in Section 1.4.1).

Our services may include links to third-party websites, applications, or services. This policy does not apply to any products, services, websites, or content provided by third parties. If you (or your company or other business entity) use our products or services to provide services to your customers (or your company or other business entity), you (or your company or other business entity) are responsible for establishing a privacy policy that complies with the transaction scenario and applicable laws. If you (or your company or other business entity) agree to use our products or services to access links to third-party websites, applications, or services, you (or your company or other business entity) must comply with the policies of those third parties on your own.

We hope this privacy policy helps you understand how we handle your user information and interaction data. Before you begin using our services, please carefully read and understand this policy, especially the clauses highlighted in bold. Only proceed with using the service after fully understanding and agreeing to this policy. If you do not agree with this privacy policy, please stop using the service immediately. 1.1 We Collect Your User Information Proactively

To ensure you can use our platform normally and within legal boundaries, we collect information you actively provide during service use, as well as information automatically collected during your service usage, including but not limited to your personal information ("user information"). Please note that information that cannot individually or in combination identify your personal identity and is unrelated to you does not constitute personal information under the law. When your information can individually or in combination identify your personal identity or is related to you, or when data that cannot be linked to any specific user is combined with your user information, such data will be treated as your user information and processed and protected according to this privacy policy during the combined use. Please note that personal information does not include information that has been anonymized.

1.1.1 When You Register, Authenticate, or Log in to Your Platform Account

When you register an account on this platform, you can create an account using your mobile number. We will verify your identity via SMS verification code, collecting this information to assist you in completing registration and login. If you log in using another platform’s account, you authorize us to obtain relevant information from your other platform accounts, such as WeChat or other third-party platforms (including but not limited to name, profile picture, and other information you authorize).

1.1.2 When You Order or Activate Services

Before you order or activate any of our services, according to the relevant laws and regulations of mainland China (excluding Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan), we are required to perform real-name authentication.

(1) If you are an individual user, you may need to provide your real identity information, including your real name, ID number, photos of both sides of your ID, bank account number (Class I bank account of China UnionPay member institutions) or credit card number, and the mobile number reserved with the bank to complete real-name authentication.

(2) If you are an organizational user, you may need to provide information including the entity’s name, unified social credit code, an authorization letter for account registration bearing the entity’s official seal, the legal entity’s or organization’s registration or qualification certificates (including a business license, organization code certificate, public institution legal person certificate, social organization legal person registration certificate, or administrative law-enforcement entity qualification certificate), the name of the bank where the account is held, the account number (a Class I bank account at a China UnionPay member institution or a credit card number), the name and ID number of the legal representative or authorized representative, images of the front and back of that person’s ID, and an image of the legal representative’s identification document. You may also need to provide the enterprise contact’s name, mobile number, and email address. We may use this information to verify your identity, market or introduce services to you, send business notices, issue invoices, or communicate with you about business matters. If this information includes a third party’s personal information or user information, you represent and warrant that you obtained authorization from the relevant rights holder before providing it to us.

(3) During the real-name authentication process, if you use facial recognition for authentication, you must also provide biometric facial recognition information and authorize us to verify your information through a nationally recognized and trusted identity authentication agency.

1.1.3 When You Use Our Services

(1) We are committed to providing you with safe, reliable products and a trustworthy usage environment. Delivering high-quality and dependable services and information is our core goal. To maintain the normal operation of our services and protect your, other users', or the public’s legal rights and interests from harm, we collect necessary information for maintaining the security and stability of the product or service.

(2) When you browse or use the platform, to ensure the normal operation and operational security of the website and services, prevent network attacks and intrusion risks, and more accurately identify violations of laws, regulations, or platform agreements and service rules, we collect device information such as resolution, time zone, and language, network access methods and types, and web browsing history. These are basic information necessary for us to provide services and ensure normal operation and network security.

(3) To provide you with better services and ensure your usage security, we may record network log information, as well as frequency of using the platform and related services, crash data, usage status, and related performance data.

(4) When you participate in platform surveys or lottery activities, the platform may retain your account ID, name, address, phone number, job title, and product/service usage information for follow-up contact, identity verification, and providing rewards (if applicable) according to the relevant activity rules. If the activity rules differ from this agreement, the activity rules shall prevail.

(5) We may collect your user consultation records, fault reports, and troubleshooting processes (e.g., communication or call records). We will use these records and analyses to respond to your help requests more promptly and improve our services.

(6) Contract information: If you need to apply for offline delivery or product testing, please contact contact@xallinone.com.

(7) To provide domain name services, in accordance with relevant requirements from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), we collect the domain holder’s name, contact person’s name, contact address, region, postal code, email address, fixed phone number/mobile number, ID number, and ID photo. You understand and authorize us and third-party domain service providers to use these data to provide domain name services.

(8) To provide certificate center services, in accordance with requirements from digital certificate certification institutions, we collect the contact person’s name, email address, mobile number, company name, city of the company, and company address. You understand and authorize us and third-party certificate service providers to use these data to provide certificate center services.

(9) You acknowledge and agree that for the contact information (i.e., phone number and email address) you provide during the use of our products and/or services, we may send notifications via one or more of these channels for user message notifications, identity verification, security verification, user experience surveys, etc. Additionally, we may use SMS or phone calls to the phone numbers collected during the above process to provide you with commercial information about services, features, or activities you might be interested in. However, please rest assured that if you do not wish to receive such information, you can unsubscribe via SMS or email reply, or contact us directly to unsubscribe.

1.2 We May Obtain User Information from Third Parties

To provide you with better, superior, and more personalized services, or to jointly provide services, or for the purpose of preventing internet fraud, our affiliates or partners may share your information with us based on legal provisions, agreements with you, or your consent. We will protect your user information’s security using industry-standard methods and the utmost commercial efforts in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and/or the necessary requirements for identity authentication functions.

1.3 Handling Changes in Purpose of Collecting and Using User Information

Please understand that as our business develops, the functions or services we offer may be adjusted or changed. In principle, when new functions or services are related to our current offerings, the collection and use of user information will have a direct or reasonable connection to the original purpose. Only in scenarios unrelated to the original purpose will we collect and use your user information, and we will again inform you through page prompts, interactive flows, or agreement confirmations in compliance with laws, regulations, and national standards.

1.4 Business and Customer Data

Please understand that your business and customer data differ from user information. The platform will handle your data as follows:

1.4.1 Data generated or processed (hereinafter referred to as "processed") through your interaction with open-source models, third-party websites, software, applications, or services via the services provided by this platform (excluding third-party services), including input, feedback, correction, processing, storage, uploading, downloading, distribution, or other methods, are your business and customer data ("interaction data"), and you fully own your interaction data. As a neutral technology service provider, the platform will strictly follow your instructions in processing your interaction data. Unless otherwise required by law, separately agreed upon by specific product rules, or based on your request for technical assistance to troubleshoot or resolve technical issues, we will not access your interaction data or use or disclose your interaction data without authorization.

1.4.2 You are responsible for the source and content of your Interaction Data. We advise you to carefully assess whether the source and content are lawful. You must ensure that you have the right to authorize the Platform to process the Interaction Data through its technical services and that all such processing complies with applicable laws and regulations, is not unlawful or infringing, and does not breach any agreement with a third party. You must not use the data for any unlawful purpose. You bear sole responsibility for all consequences and liabilities arising if the content of your Interaction Data, your processing of it, or your authorization for the Platform to process it violates any law, regulation, departmental rule, or national policy.

1.4.3 Subject to the preceding paragraph, if your Interaction Data contains personal information or other information that may be used only with authorization ("Authorization-Required Information"), you must independently provide the notices required by law to the relevant data subject and obtain that person’s separate consent. You must ensure that:

(1) At our request, you can provide a written explanation and confirmation of the source and legality of the Authorization-Required Information;

(2) At our request, you can document the scope of authorization for the Authorization-Required Information, including the purpose of use and the data subject’s consent for you to use the Platform to process their personal information. If you exceed the authorized scope or duration, you are responsible for expanding or extending the authorization.

You understand and agree that you must not provide us with Interaction Data containing Authorization-Required Information unless you have satisfied the conditions above and all other legal obligations.

If you violate the obligations above, fail to provide reasonably satisfactory evidence as required, or we receive a report or complaint from a data subject, we may unilaterally decide to stop providing technical services, including, as appropriate, by restricting related functions or freezing, closing, or reclaiming the account. We may also refuse to process the relevant personal information and related data as you instruct. You bear sole responsibility for all resulting liabilities.

1.4.4 You understand and agree that you should store your interaction data based on your own needs. We will only provide data storage services based on relevant laws and regulations or specific service rules (e.g., if you have a special agreement with our data center regarding storing your business and customer data). You understand and agree that unless otherwise required by law or specified in service rules, we have no obligation to store your data or information, nor do we assume any responsibility for your data storage activities or outcomes.

2. Use of Cookies and Similar Technologies

Cookies and similar technologies are commonly used on the internet. When you use this platform, we may use these technologies to send one or more cookies or anonymous identifiers to your device to collect and store your account information, search history, and login status. Cookies and similar technologies can help you avoid repeatedly entering account information or search content, and also help us improve service efficiency and enhance login and response speed. You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings. However, please note that disabling cookies may prevent you from enjoying the optimal service experience, and some features may be affected. We promise that we will not use the user information collected via cookies or similar technologies for any purposes beyond those described in this privacy policy.

3. How We Store Your User Information

3.1 Location of Information Storage

To provide specialized services, we may engage affiliates or other legal entities to provide one or more specific services on the Platform. In accordance with applicable laws and regulations, user information collected and generated while we operate this website and related services is stored within the People’s Republic of China.

3.2 Duration of Information Storage

3.2.1 We will retain your user information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes of providing this platform and related services. However, you understand and acknowledge that the required storage period may vary based on different services and their functional needs. Our standards for determining storage duration include:

(1) The time required to complete the business purpose, including providing services, maintaining corresponding transaction and business records as required by law, ensuring system and service security, responding to potential user inquiries or complaints, and problem diagnosis;

(2) A longer retention period agreed upon by the user;

(3) Special requirements from laws, contracts, or other regulations regarding the retention of user information.

3.2.2 We will retain the relevant information until you withdraw your consent or delete or close your account. After the necessary retention period expires, we will delete or anonymize your information. However, where laws or regulations impose mandatory retention requirements, we cannot delete or anonymize your information even if you close your account or request that your user information be deleted.

4. How We Share, Transfer, and Publicly Disclose Your Information

4.1 Partners Involved in Data Usage

4.1.1 Principles

(1) Legality Principle: Any data usage involving cooperation must have a lawful purpose and comply with legal grounds. If a partner’s use of information no longer meets the legality principle, they should no longer use your user information or may only use it after obtaining the corresponding legal basis.

(2) Legitimate and Minimum Necessity Principle: Data usage must have a legitimate purpose and be limited to what is necessary to achieve that purpose.

(3) Safety and Prudence Principle: We will carefully assess the purpose of data usage by partners, comprehensively evaluate their data security capabilities, and require them to comply with legal cooperation agreements. We will conduct strict security monitoring on software development kits (SDKs) and application programming interfaces (APIs) used by partners to access information to protect data security.

4.1.2 Entrusted Processing

For scenarios involving entrusted processing of user information, we will sign relevant processing agreements with the entrusted partners in accordance with legal requirements and supervise their user information usage activities.

4.1.3 Joint Processing

For scenarios involving joint processing of user information, we will sign relevant agreements with partners in accordance with legal requirements, defining each party’s rights and obligations to ensure compliance with legal provisions and data security during the use of relevant user information.

4.1.4 Scope of Partners

If specific functions or scenarios involve services provided by our affiliates or third parties, the partners include our affiliates and third parties.

4.2 Situations of Joint Data Processing or Entrusted Data Processing

4.2.1 Certain modules or functions of the Platform and related services are provided by partners. You understand and agree that, when working with a partner, we will provide your user information only to the minimum extent necessary to provide the service and in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, legitimacy, necessity, security, and prudence. We will also use reasonable efforts to ensure that the partner complies with this privacy policy and any other confidentiality and security measures we require, and we will require the partner to undertake not to use your information for any other purpose.

4.2.2 To provide better services, we may entrust partners to provide services to you, including but not limited to customer service, payment functions, real-name authentication, and technical services. Therefore, to provide services to you, we may provide certain information to partners. For example:

(1) For user real-name authentication, when you use identity authentication functions or related services, relevant laws and regulations and security requirements may require completing real-name authentication to verify your identity. During the real-name authentication process, the cooperating authentication service provider may need to use your real name, ID number, mobile number, etc.

(2) Payment functions are provided by third-party payment institutions cooperating with us. To provide the function, the third-party payment institution may use your name, bank card type and number, expiration date, ID number, and mobile number.

(3) To promptly handle your complaints, suggestions, and other requests, our customer service provider (if any) may need to use your account and related information about the incident to understand, process, and respond to relevant issues.

4.2.3 Data Usage for Service Security and Analysis/Statistics

(1) Ensuring Service Security: We place great importance on account and service security. To protect your and other users’ accounts and property from illegal harm, and to safeguard your and our legitimate rights and interests, we and our partners may need to use necessary device, account, and log information.

(2) Analyzing Service Usage: To analyze how our services are used and improve user experience, we and our partners may need to use statistical data on your service usage (crashes, app quits). These data are difficult to combine with other information to identify your identity or link to your identity.

4.3 Transfer of User Information

We will not transfer your user information to any other third party, except in the following circumstances:

4.3.1 Based on your written request and meeting the conditions set by the national cyberspace administration, we will provide you with the means for transfer.

4.3.2 After obtaining your explicit consent, we will transfer your user information to other third parties. 4.3.3 In cases involving changes in the platform’s operating entity, merger, acquisition, or bankruptcy liquidation, if user information transfer is involved, we will legally inform you of the situation and require the new entity holding your information to continue being bound by this privacy policy or to continue protecting your information at a standard no lower than that required by this privacy policy. Otherwise, we will require the company or organization to re-obtain your authorization and consent. In the event of bankruptcy with no party to take custody of the data, we will delete your information.

4.4 Public Disclosure of User Information

4.4.1 In principle, we will not publicly disclose your user information unless we obtain your explicit consent or make the disclosure in accordance with national laws and regulations.

(1) We may publicly disclose your user information if we obtain your explicit consent or based on your active choice.

(2) To protect your or the public’s personal or property safety from harm, we may disclose your user information according to applicable laws or platform agreements and rules.

4.4.2 Exceptions to Consent Requirement

Please understand that in the following circumstances, under relevant laws, regulations, and national standards, we may collect and use your user information without prior consent:

(1) Related to our legal obligations;

(2) Directly related to national security or national defense security;

(3) Directly related to public security, public health, or major public interests;

(4) Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments;

(5) Necessary to protect your or another person’s major lawful rights and interests, such as life or property, where it is difficult to obtain that person’s consent;

(6) Information you have voluntarily disclosed to the public;

(7) Necessary to enter into or perform a contract at the data subject’s request;

(8) Information collected from legally publicly disclosed sources, such as legitimate news reports or government information disclosure;

(9) Necessary for maintaining the security and stability of software and related services, such as discovering and resolving software and related service faults;

(10) Necessary for legitimate news reporting;

(11) Necessary for academic research institutions to conduct statistics or academic research for public interest, and when providing academic research results or descriptions, the personal information contained in the results has been de-identified;

(12) Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.

Please note that if information cannot individually or in combination identify your personal identity, it does not constitute personal information under the law. When your information can individually or in combination identify your personal identity, such information will be treated as your user information and processed and protected according to this privacy policy during the combined use.

5. How We Protect Your Information Security

We take the security of user information seriously and use reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect your information from misuse or unauthorized access, disclosure, use, modification, damage, loss, or leakage. We use encryption practices no less protective than those commonly accepted in the industry, anonymization, and other reasonable and feasible safeguards, together with security mechanisms designed to minimize the risk of malicious attacks on your information.

We have dedicated personnel and systems to safeguard your information security. We implement strict data usage and access controls. Although we have taken the above reasonable and effective measures and comply with relevant legal standards, please understand that due to technical limitations and potential malicious methods, it is impossible to guarantee 100% information security in the internet industry, even with our utmost efforts. We will do our best to ensure the security of the information you provide to us. You understand and acknowledge that the systems and communication networks you use to access our services may experience issues due to factors beyond our control. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you take proactive measures to protect your user information security, including but not limited to using complex passwords, regularly changing passwords, and not disclosing your account and password to others.

We have established emergency response plans and will immediately activate them upon any user information security incident to minimize the impact and consequences. In the event of a user information security incident (such as data leakage or loss), we will promptly inform you as required by laws and regulations, including: basic details of the incident and potential impact, measures we have taken or will take, recommendations for you to prevent and reduce risks, and remedial actions for you. We will notify you of the incident details via push notifications, emails, letters, or SMS, and if individual notification is not feasible, we will take reasonable and effective measures to publish a public announcement. At the same time, we will report the incident’s handling status to relevant regulatory authorities as required.

We hereby specifically remind you that the user information protection measures provided by this privacy policy apply only to this platform and related services. Once you leave this platform and related services to browse or use other websites, products, services, or content resources, we will no longer have the ability or obligation to protect any information you submit to software or websites outside this platform, regardless of whether you log in, browse, or use such software or websites through links or guidance from this platform.

6. How We Manage Your User Information

We place great importance on managing user information and legally protect your rights to access, copy, correct, supplement, and delete your information; withdraw consent; close your account; and submit reports or complaints, enabling you to safeguard your privacy and information security.

6.1 Your Rights in User Information Processing Activities

6.1.1 In general, you may review, copy, correct, supplement, access, modify, and delete user information that you actively provide.

6.1.2 In the following circumstances, you may request us to delete your user information:

(1) If the processing purpose has been achieved, cannot be achieved, or is no longer necessary to achieve the purpose;

6.2.1 You understand and agree that each service requires certain basic user information to function. For any additional user information collected and used beyond the basic information required for a business function, you may withdraw your consent or change its scope. You may also withdraw all authorization for us to continue collecting your user information by closing your account.

6.2.2 You understand and agree that after withdrawing your consent or authorization, you will no longer be able to use the services corresponding to the withdrawn consent or authorization, and we will no longer process your corresponding user information. However, your decision to withdraw consent or authorization will not affect the processing of user information previously conducted based on your authorization.

6.3 How to Obtain a Copy of Your User Information

We will provide you with user information copies based on your written request, including your basic information and user identity information. However, please note that the information copies we provide are limited to information directly collected by us.

6.4 Responding to Your Requests

You have the right to close your account and submit a report or complaint. To ensure security, you may need to provide a written request and prove your identity through other means. For reasonable requests, we generally do not charge fees. However, for repeated or excessive requests beyond reasonable limits, we may charge a fee based on our costs and the specific circumstances. We may refuse requests that are unfounded or repetitive, require excessive technical effort (for example, developing a new system or fundamentally changing current practices), create risks to another person's legitimate rights and interests, or are impractical (for example, requests involving information stored on backup tapes).

You understand and acknowledge that we will be unable to respond to your request in the following circumstances:

(1) Related to our legal obligations;

(2) Directly related to national security or national defense security;

(3) Directly related to public security, public health, or major public interests;

(4) Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments;

(5) We have sufficient evidence that the data subject is acting in bad faith or abusing their rights;

(6) The request relates to protecting the data subject’s or another person’s or organization’s major lawful rights and interests, such as life or property, and it is difficult to obtain the relevant person’s consent;

(7) Responding to the request would seriously harm the lawful rights and interests of the data subject or another person or organization;

(8) Involving trade secrets.

6.5 Notification Upon Service Termination

If we cease operations, we will stop collecting your user information and notify you of the cessation through individually delivered notifications or public announcements in commercially feasible ways. We will delete or anonymize your user information that we hold.

7. Terms for Minors’ Use

Our services are primarily aimed at enterprises or related organizations. Minors (under the age of fourteen) should not create any accounts or use the platform and its services. If we discover that user information has been provided without prior verifiable consent from a guardian, we will attempt to delete the relevant information as soon as possible upon written notification from the minor’s guardian.

8. Updates and Notifications of This Privacy Policy

To provide you with better services, this platform and related services will be updated and changed from time to time. We will update this privacy policy as needed. Such updates are part of this privacy policy and have equal legal effect. However, we will not significantly reduce your rights under the current effective privacy policy without your explicit consent.
