- Alipay: As a leading mobile payment platform in China, Alipay supports payment from an Alipay balance, bank cards, and Huabei. It offers a convenient payment process and security protections for your funds.
- WeChat Pay: WeChat Pay is another widely used payment service. It supports payment from a WeChat Pay balance, Balance+ funds, and linked bank cards, with a straightforward payment process.
3. Payment Process

Access the payment page: Click "Recharge" in the "Finance Center," and the system will redirect you to the payment page.

Select an amount: Choose or enter the amount you want to add.

Choose payment method: Select either "Alipay" or "WeChat Pay" according to your preference.

Complete payment: Follow the prompts to scan the payment QR code with the relevant mobile app or continue to the corresponding payment page to complete the transaction.

Confirm the order: After payment succeeds, your order status updates automatically. You can view the transaction under Recharge History.
4. Precautions
- Ensure a stable network connection during the payment process to avoid payment failure due to connectivity issues.
- If a payment fails, is processed incorrectly, or does not appear in your account, retain proof of payment, such as a transaction screenshot, and contact customer service promptly.
- All payment transactions take place in a secure, encrypted environment designed to protect your payment information.
